- On receipt of your membership application we will issue an invoice;
- Membership Fees may be paid by bank transfer only;
- Application will become effective upon receipt of fee payment;
- Membership runs over a 12-month period from the date of receipt of membership payment;
- All members will receive an invitation to renew their membership for the forthcoming year two months prior to expiration;
- Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Institute;
- Voting rights are restricted to founding members and co-opt members upon discretion of the executive board;
